Pet Policy

Residents of The Concord at Sheridan may have a maximum of two pets per apartment. 
Breed restrictions apply; contact our leasing team for more details. 
Non-refundable, one-time fee: $200 per pet.
Pets stay for free after a one-time fee! No monthly pet fees or pet rent.
